- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and document cutting-edge systems for simulation and training solutions.
- Drive advancements in hardware and software integration for virtual training platforms.
Analyze & Optimize:
- Review and interpret complex contractual documents, including specifications, statements of work, and technical manuals, to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Test & Validate:
- Lead internal and external testing processes to ensure systems meet the highest quality standards.
- Manage customer acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and client expectations.
Lead Through Expertise:
- Contribute technical innovation to streamline processes, improve code development, and elevate team performance.
- Establish yourself as a domain expert in simulation systems, guiding the team with your insights and expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing complex systems, with a preference for simulation, avionics, or aerospace industry experience.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems integration, including hardware and software components.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating a computer.
- Frequent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support testing, demonstrations, and project requirements.
