This is a hybrid position. Will require onsite days (M, T, and W) at our downtown MKE office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duties with required experience:
3 years of experience with at least one OS/hosting platform
3 years experience with managing and supporting at least one Desktop Virtualization platform such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or VMware Horizon
3 years experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, PowerCLI, and/or Python. and or other programming languages.
3 years of experience with desktop image creation and image updates.
3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tooling like CI/CD, GIT, Terraform, and Bicep.
Experience with Cloud-based and On-Prem Networking
Experience with Cloud-based PaaS and SaaS platforms and integration points to On-Prem infrastructure
Experience with application & profile virtualization or containerization
Experience with monitoring, performance, and optimization of systems
Experience with configuration management using tools like Group Policy, Intune Policy, etc.
In-depth knowledge of immediate systems you work on and some knowledge of adjacent systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills within area of expertise.
Understanding of high-availability concepts.
Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience required
Ability to collaborate and execute work based on priority in a DevOps team required
Availability for after-business-hours releases and on-call rotation required
This role is required to be on-site per departmental guidelines: at this time, 3 days per week Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

Compensation Range:
Pay Range - Start:
$68,320.00
Pay Range - End:
$126,880.00
