As a Jr. IT Systems Engineer / Administrator, you will:* Troubleshoot, resolve and maintain our clients' IT infrastructures within our Remote Managed Services team;* Help provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks; and* Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.Junior Systems Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Supports operational and technical functions for multiple client accounts concurrently;* Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs;* Prepares operational and technical documentation; and* Performs other duties and assists with special projects, as needed.Requirements* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server; and virtualization;* Knowledge of security, networking and project management; and* Must be authorized to work for Any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.PI046dc5e6e3bb-37395-#######2
