110,000—140,000 p/a + NegotiablePermanentNew YorkWorkday JobsWe've partnered with a non-profit looking for an integration specialist to manage all of their systems integrations.Responsibilities Include:Lead the development and upkeep of standard and custom integrations, enabling data exchange across diverse systems.Possess in-depth knowledge of integrations, particularly with internal systems, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Propose solutions to stakeholders, ensuring project progress.Collaborate with business owners and vendors to prioritize requirements and tasks.Manage a team of technical resources for integration design, development, and optimization.Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and clients to ensure data warehouse alignment with business needs.Investigate and resolve data issues, maintaining data integrity.Research new integration technologies for enhancement.Work with the Operations Team to develop SOPs and improve the knowledge base.Liaise with our stakeholders to prioritize and resolve integration issues.Document steps taken for issue resolution in the tracking system.Develop and update technical documentation for data flow and warehouse changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including data integration.Expertise in analyzing business requirements and data management.Proven track record of delivering projects using technology solutions.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Critical thinking and attentive listening.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities independently.Technical Skills:Proficient with integration platforms like Boomi and MuleSoft.Experience with cloud system connections and various APIs.Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Prototyping, Agile).Proficient in SQL Server, C#, Python, T-SQL, Ruby, and JSON, including Workday Studio.
