Systems Integration & Solutions Manager - Corporate Office Competencies:Competencies are used to help gauge performance and success in this position. Position Summary:The Systems Integration & Solutions Manager is responsible for optimizing the use of Bob Moore Auto Group's existing systems and applications. This role requires technical expertise, collaborative skills, and project leadership to enhance current workflows and support initiatives that maximize the value of our IT investments. This position will also be responsible for exploring, piloting, and implementing new tools-such as an AR portal, Roadster, and service scheduling software, to improve operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities:Responsibilities described in this section comprise are fundamental to success in this position.
  • Maximize the use of all existing systems, including CDK as the DMS, third-party applications, and other tools. Identify areas for improvement and integration to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Conduct demos of available but unused features, such as an AR portal, Roadster, and service scheduling tools. Develop business cases for approval, plan rollouts, and ensure successful implementation of approved products.
  • Lead the transition from CDK to a new DMS, if selected. Oversee all phases, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between existing systems and new solutions, addressing any technical gaps and maintaining data integrity across platforms.
  • Work closely with IT teams, department heads, and end-users to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure proper support, updates, and integrations for all systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on workflows, processes, and system configurations. Conduct training sessions to familiarize staff with new tools and processes.
  • Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
  • Enforce safety precautions specific to work area.

Minimum Qualifications:The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill ,and/ or ability required of this position.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on system integration, optimization, and workflow management.
  • Strong expertise in DMS systems (experience with CDK is required; familiarity with any other DMS platform is preferred).
  • Proven experience in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing software products.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
