We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Systems Process Manager - BeverageThe Systems Process Manager - Beverage is responsible for overseeing material management systems to optimize inventory and production management processes in a beverage environment. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials by leveraging SQL and data visualization tools, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing effective solutions including configuration changes. The Systems Process Manager collaborates across departments, providing training and support to team members, and champions the deployment of system enhancements. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering teams to align system functionality with business requirements. Through leadership and technical expertise, the Systems Process Manager drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Essential Functions
  • Advanced ERP and WMS System Management: Leverage advanced ERP systems and WMS to manage and optimize all aspects of inbound and outbound inventory operations. Perform advanced configurations, build custom reports, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot daily operational system issues to define root cause and provide temporary/permanent solutions. Utilize SQL for data extraction and report building as needed.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor inventory team members and plant leadership on inventory related systems and practices. Collaborate with department managers and corporate teams to align on production schedules, resource utilization, and strategic goals.
  • Training and Support: Conduct regular training sessions tailored to the specific needs of team members from different beverage sites, ensuring they understand and effectively use the systems. Create training materials as needed. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, acting as the primary point of contact for any system-related issues or questions.
  • Site Lead for System Enhancements: Serve as the site lead for deploying system enhancements and upgrades related to inventory management and WMS. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, user training, and integration into daily operations.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of system issues related to inventory management and WMS operations. Identify underlying problems, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with IT and operations teams to prevent future occurrences.
  • Liaison to Systems Engineering: Act as the liaison to the Systems Engineering team, ensuring that inventory management systems align with operational needs. Facilitate communication between the plant and engineering teams to address system requirements, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Monitor and improve processes and technology while providing insights into overall system status. Review system design approaches to ensure they fully meet business requirements.
  • Inventory Control and Optimization: Monitor the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of plant inventory, proactively addressing discrepancies and optimizing processes based on metrics from daily Inventory Scorecards.
  • Batching Kit Oversight via WMS and EBS: Administer the management and verification of batching kits within the WMS and EBS systems, ensuring all components are accurately tracked, meet quality standards, and are readily available to support production. Ensure proper system updates and replenishment processes to prevent delays.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report on inventory and warehouse data. Extract and prepare data for custom report generation using business intelligence and data visualization tools providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Oracle Transaction Management: Execute Oracle transaction activities. Ensure error-free data entry and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Manhattan WMS Utilization: Utilize the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficiently receiving and tracking inventory, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the system to maintain inventory integrity.

    • 4 Years - Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field

Education
  • Minimum Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred:
    • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Certification/License:
  • Required: Forklift Certification
  • Preferred: Forklift certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Certification, Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
