The Systems Specialist, Media collaborates with the Video team to design, implement, build and maintain technical solutions for live event video systems at LMG. This role provides crucial support to ensure seamless video operations during corporate and touring live events.This position will work heavily with media servers as they relate to the video department. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Research, design, and build new video systems and packaging to ensure our company is providing innovative solutions that fit the needs of all our brands and live event requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to educate and support the sales, operations, and technical teams on video systems for live events.
• Work with internal departments to maintain show technical quality. Review confirmed show quotes for the appropriate utilization and specifications of video equipment.
• Act as an internal technical consultant, relaying video-related technical issues and trends to company leadership and Show Services staff to improve overall process.
• Collaborate with the operations team to design, evaluate, and innovate Quality Control processes for video systems in live events.
• Ensure overall quality of video product inventory and processes to fulfill company standards for live event production.
• Provide technical support to the show technicians to ensure the quality of our brand in video production for live events.
• Travel to show sites to validate success of video system designs and deployment in live event settings.
• Assist technical and operations leadership in training show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff on video systems for live events.

Base Salary Range: $66,121.42/yr - $98,046.44/yr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
