General PurposeThe Program Administrator is responsible for supporting Transmission and Distribution exempt, craft, apprentice or bargaining unit training and progression programs that have an impact on corporate, business unit, or organizational objectives. Maintains, monitors, reports, and ensures compliance with state and federal agencies that oversee apprentice programs through diligent record keeping. Under general direction, coordinates and/or conducts training assessments and gap analyses to determine individual training requirements. Will have general familiarity with all fields and classifications within the operations function of an electric utility, including management, administrative and journeyman craft roles and functions.
