What does a Table Games Dealer do?

* Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, and make change for guests.

* Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.

* Consistently keep shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.

* Alert the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never correct their own mistakes.

* Maintain familiarity with all novelty game procedures.

To be successful as a Table Games Dealer, you'll need:

* To have Blackjack training and or experience. Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment and/or accreditation from a professional gaming school (TS Dealer School) is preferred.

* The ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.

* Excellent guest service skills.

* To meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
