This internship provides an immersive experience in the gaming industry, offering insights into the operational and strategic aspects of table games management. The intern will work closely with our Table Games team to support daily operations, enhance guest experiences, and learn about the regulatory and technical components of running a world-class gaming floor.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Table Games department, including floor coverage and operational support.
- Observe and support dealers, pit supervisors, and managers to understand the dynamics of table games operations.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events designed to enhance player engagement.
- Monitor game activity to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
- Learn about the mechanics of various table games, including blackjack, poker, roulette, and novelty games.
- Support the scheduling, training, and performance tracking of table games team members.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at optimizing table games layout, staffing, and guest service.
- Participate in department meetings and cross-functional training sessions to gain a holistic view of casino operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Analytical skills and a willingness to learn about gaming operations and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure.
