Position: Tactical Systems Operators Airborne Mode Instructor

Location: Cannon AFB, New Mexico

About the Role: Leidos Defense Group is looking for a dedicated Tactical Systems Operators (TSO) Airborne Mode Instructor to join our prestigious Military Intelligence Program in support of the USAF Air Combat Command's ISR mission. Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Certification: Provide training to 361 ISRG personnel in accordance with Training and Certification guidelines for Modes 1-6 operators and certify personnel as new Modes become available.

• Course Instruction: Deliver initial and recertification Mode courses, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

• Curriculum Development: Create, maintain, and implement Cryptologic Mission Certification Training (CMCT) materials and curriculum aligned with 361 ISRG training guidance and approved Program of Instruction.

• Scenario Development: Enhance training realism by developing scenarios for the Tactical Systems Emulator Aircrew Training Device.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (consideration for experience in lieu of degree).

• Must possess Aircrew experience.

• Current TS/SCI security clearance required.

• Minimum of Mode Instructor Certification in one of the Modes 1-6 and Mode Operator Certifications in at least two of the Modes 1-6 with the ability to obtain Mode Instructor Certifications in all Modes.

• Comprehensive understanding of the TSO mission and Mode certification process.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting and analyzing high-value target analysis databases.

• 2+ years operating SIGINT systems and related equipment.

• Previous experience as an A-STG operator.

Pay Range: Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
