About The Opportunity

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

* Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.

* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.

* Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.

* Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

* Associate's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent

* Minimum of three years of talent acquisition experience, preferable in the manufacturing industry

* Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills required

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) product suite

* Familiarity with ATS systems; Workday preferred
