Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Contract (2-3 months)
  • Hybrid (open to candidates within Oregon and Washington)
  • Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
  • Manufacturing

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a returning manufacturing client, a 100% employee-owned general contractor to hire for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

A day in the life:

  • Arrange and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and current candidate statuses
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, performing background checks, and ordering equipment

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 1+ year in talent acquisition
  • UKG experience preferred
  • Strong ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Skilled in building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members

Compensation and Benefits: $25-$30/hour with access to benefits via Mulberrys employer of record partner. Pre-screening requirements include a background check and drug screen.
