Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support activities to the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing:
· Ensure compliance with approval standards based on current company guidelines.
· Schedule interviews for internal and external candidates both virtual and in our Canton/ Quincy, MA offices.
· Assist with day of interview management, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Initiate and monitor background checks through vendor portal as well as collecting and verifying CORIs.
· Maintain contact with candidates ahead of their start date to ensure they have all necessary information for their first day.
· Work with payroll and HRIS teams to process employee referral payments.
· Contribute to HR projects, including process improvement and documentation.
· Assist HR management team with any audit request.
· Coordinate candidate travel needs with finance department.
· Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications – what you need to perform the job Education
· Required (minimum): High School diploma
· Preferred: Associate degree/equivalent work experience Experience
· Required (minimum): 1-2 years' prior administrative and calendar management experience ·
Preferred:
1 year of Talent Acquisition experience.
Administrative and calendar management experience in a fast-paced Human Resources or Customer Service Department.
Skill Requirements
· Microsoft Excel and Word experience required and the ability to comprehend complex HRIS systems and web-based applications.
· Requires ability to effectively organize interview scheduling for high-volume openings, handle multiple priorities, maintain various administrative systems, and to be independent in following through on assigned job duties.
· Superior time management and organizational skills.
· Must be able to work cooperatively as a team member
. Requires ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients including staff, management, and potential applicants and to communicate effectively with diplomacy and tact.
Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):
· Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
· Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
· May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
· Must be able to work in the Canton office.
