Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is looking for a TA Coordinator to help support the Head of TA at large nationwide company sitting out of Fort Collins or Denver, CO! This is a 6-month contract (W2 employment along with ability to opt in for medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc) with possibility to be brought on permanently.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years in HR role (TA, recruitment, onboarding)
• Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business, HR, Finance, Psychology, etc.)

Job Description

• Scheduling candidate interviews (including travel and onsite visits)
• Managing requisitions including posting jobs, managing requisitions in Success Factors, and keeping things up to date.
• Follow pre-outlined SOPs for onboarding, generating offer letters in success factors, monitor drug screens and background checks, new hire paperwork, and new employee orientation.
• High volume administrative duties and will be supporting both recruiters and hiring managers.

Compensation:

$23/hr to $27/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
