Coordinates talent acquisition and onboarding processes for the Blank Family of Businesses with the goal of strengthening our values-based culture while attracting, developing, and retaining high performing associates. Roles and Responsibilities. Contribute to a positive, welcoming, engaging function with a desire to continuously improve all we do. Coordinate administration, scheduling, and logistics of talent acquisition interviews and onboarding including communicating with candidates, reserving and setting up rooms. Maintain HRIS (Workday) system related to onboarding process and talent acquisition. Provide general administrative support to training and engagement function. Assist with HR programs and projects. Review the HRIS platform to ensure candidates are being dispositioned properly. Assist writing job descriptions. Prepare job offer letters. Send out associate notifications (i.e., New Hire, Status Change, Separation) to appropriate departments Perform background check...Talent Acquisition, Coordinator, Acquisition, Talent, HRIS, Business Services
