Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating the recruitment process for Harry Winston, Inc. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Manager, Talent Acquisition with process, reporting and administration activities, and serves as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Schedule and prepare all necessary materials for recruiting needs
- Assist in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industry
- Build strong relationships with hiring partners and hiring managers
- Pre-screen candidates through initial phone screens and schedule in-person interviews between candidates and interviewing teams and Manager, Talent Acquisition
- Create and distribute updated interview details and resumes to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring manager
- Prepare new hire documents in a timely manner as requested
- Prepare and submit PRF's
- Provide HR team with all new hire information
- Effectively manage the Global Recruitment Report and Candidate Trackers
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in a service oriented environment, preferably in staffing or human resources, including administrative support to multiple individuals on scheduling and projects
- Provide support to multiple individuals with demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess extreme attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, passionate and results-oriented
