Talent Acquisition/Employee Relations Specialist Position Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Human Relations, the Talent Acquisition/Employee Relation Specialist is reponsible for a dual role consisting of sourcing, attracting and interviewing professional, technical and support staff within the Primary & Specialty Care service lines. The Talent Acquisitions/Employee Relations Specialist is also responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resource issues on behalf of TidalHealth Primary & Specialty Care. The position is responsible for prompt problem-solving, conducting internal investigations, advising on employee relations issues and recommending prompt problem resolution.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Three years of Human Resources Generalist experience is preferred.
- Healthcare experience strongly desired
- Experience in employee relations/dispute resolution is preferred.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule - Generally day shift, Monday through Friday. Requires evening or weekend work to attend job fairs or conduct employee relations related activities.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Benefits - At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
