23rd October, 2024The Wilner Group has partnered with a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor. This company is committed to delivering a broad portfolio of quality, affordable generic pharmaceuticals to pharmacists and patients. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition to join their team at their East Windsor, NJ location. They offer outstanding benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and more! Salary is up to $80k-$100k based on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates and manages all facets of recruiting effort, from job postings, sourcing/screening, offer negotiation, etc., all while maintaining commitment to speed, quality of hire, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Develops and executes recruiting and sourcing strategies with hiring manager and maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed throughout process.
  • Ensure ATS is populated with up-to-date information at all times and masters and leverages all required tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with EEO/AAP throughout entire process.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to assess the needs of their team and collaborate in creating job descriptions.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting
  • Pharmaceutical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have experience with the ATS iCims.
  • Have the ability and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
