Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager that would be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, source, and hire talent by overseeing the entire recruitment process-- including identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive experience that aligns with company culture.

Must be able to assess current and future staffing needs to develop talent acquisition strategies.Identify talent gaps and prioritize hiring initiativesCreate and manage recruitment budgetsDevelop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talentUtilize various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, networking to identify qualified candidatesPartner with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptionsConduct interviews, including behavioral and technical assessmentsCoordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managersManage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboardingTrack recruitment metricsAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processGenerate reports for leadership on recruitment performance
