The Challenge

TheTalent Operations Enablement Managerwill play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our talent operations processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective talent management practices, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your Mission
  • Process Optimization:Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent operations.
  • Technology Enablement:Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline talent operations and improve user experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with HR, recruitment, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of talent operations initiatives.
  • Compliance:Ensure all talent operations processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including background checks, referrals programs, etc
  • Training and Development:Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the talent operations team.
  • Project Management:Lead and manage talent operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Intra-Team Communications:Own and manage the cascade of communications within the talent operations team to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Recruiting Sharepoint Portal:Own and manage the recruiting central portal, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively utilized by the team.
You Are
  • Experience:6-8 years of experience in talent operations, HR, or a related field.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
