About this position:
* This recruiter will be focused on supporting our most innovative, rapidly growing divisions: Clinical Enterprise and Integrated Kidney Care! These divisions are at the forefront of healthcare and are seeking a talented recruiter to help them identify the critical frontline talent to join their teams!
* As the corporate recruiter supporting these lanes, you will focus on a variety of roles, from corporate patient support to frontline and dynamic clinical RN roles.
* As such, this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and maintain a positive attitude when tackling even the most complex requisitions.
* Must be a team player who is results-driven and able to perform with high accountability and autonomy.

Qualifications:
* 4+ years of full-life-cycle corporate recruiting experience (a blend of agency and corporate experience is a plus)
* Experience recruiting for corporate and clinical roles in Healthcare is preferred.
* Proven experience leveraging out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to source and attract candidates
* Proven track record of exceeding production and time to fill metrics
* Experience streamlining processes to improve talent selection and candidate experience
* Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to track and report candidate and job statistics (we use Workday)
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)
* AIRS certification is a plus

Salary/ Wage Range
$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
