This position is currently classified as “remote” in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in driving recruitment efforts for non-exempt and salaried positions across multiple plasma centers. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, this role focuses on developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives to align with business objectives. Additionally, the incumbent may lead and oversee various projects or teams as necessary.

In addition to fostering strategic partnerships and providing center support, this position actively contributes to team-enhancing projects. Operating within a high-volume and fast-paced environment, the chosen incumbent engages extensively with Hiring Managers and other business partners, demonstrating proactive initiative and exceptional time management skills.

By delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Partner significantly contributes to the overall success of the BioLife Talent Acquisition Team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform as a Primary Recruiter across numerous districts supporting location specific Talent Acquisition Strategies for existing plasma centers.
  • Lead key initiatives to enhance business performance within the region, including:
    • Strengthen the talent pool for plasma center leadership roles.
    • Collaborate closely with HR and the BioLife expansion team.
    • Monitor potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
    • Regularly meet with the regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to discuss and update on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I): Co-lead the DE&I strategic plan with the Head of TA to achieve year-over-year recruitment growth in DE&I efforts.
  • Technology Adoption: Identify hiring teams that are not utilizing TA technology systems and address root causes to remove barriers.
  • College Recruitment: Partner with the Nurse Recruitment team to identify colleges and certification programs within the region for EMT, LPN, and RN recruitment.
  • Social Media: Join the Social Media project team to enhance BioLife's online presence.
  • Contribute to team-enhancing projects to improve overall recruitment processes.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business initiatives.
  • Serve as a consultative and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to a variety of Hiring Managers.
  • Lead RPO resources as necessary.
  • Utilize initiative and excellent time management skills to manage interactions effectively.
  • Identify talent gaps and trends within support areas and proactively build sourcing channels to fill those needs.
  • Help to champion Inclusion and Diversity by building education, sourcing practices and targeted goals into the staffing process.
  • Prepare job offers and process relocations, when necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years recruiting experience preferably in a high-volume centralized organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Travel 5-10%
  • Other duties as assigned
