Regional One Health is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. At least 2 - 3 years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience required. At#least#Three (3) years of experience performing hospital/healthcare staffing; or Master#s and two (2) years of experience may be accepted in lieu experience requirement. # Summary: This position is responsible for providing recruitment consultation, services#and in-placement support for allied health and ancillary positions at Regional One Health.# Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this position will coordinate the organization-wide functions related to sourcing departments with medical and non-medical staff assignments along with#other programs and projects.## This position will be assigned as the point of contact for management staff with ancillary and allied health components. # Education#Requirement: Bachelor#s Degree in a related field of business, human resources. Master#s preferred. ## # Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience performing hospital/healthcare staffing; or Master#s and two (2) years of experience may be accepted in lieu experience requirement. # Key Job Responsibilities: # Identifies, recruits and processes internal and external applicants to staff current or expected job vacancies. Screens employment applications and resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews and forward appropriate candidates to the department. Makes employment offers to the selected candidate according to compensation policies.# Schedules all pre-employment requirements and assigns an onboarding date.# Communicates with Directors and Managers on a regular basis regarding vacant positions and the status of recruitment efforts. Plans, coordinates, and participates in recruitment travel and career days/job fairs. Maintains accurate immigration knowledge via available resources. Provides support to HR staff in meeting strategic objectives. Evaluates and coordinates sourcing of applicants, including direct mailings, advertisements and job fairs. Enter and maintain information in the applicant tracking program. Provide accurate and timely reports regarding Vacancy Rate, Turnover Rate, Retention Rate, etc. Analyzes data on employee turnover and employee satisfaction with pay, benefits and working conditions, and informs management of relevant issues and strategies in order to enhance employee relations.# Conducts exit interviews as requested. Plans and participates in retention activities from within the department and the medical center. # Leads and/or performs various project assignments related to Talent Management to achieve unit goals. # Protects the confidentiality of employee/HR data.# Releases employee information only to authorized persons, in accordance with departmental/compliance policies and procedures. # Projects excellent customer relations in all interactions.# Confers with and works collaboratively with hospital staff and external agencies or sources in compliance with iRESPECT standards and promoting patient/customer satisfaction to coordinate and implement HR activities; to obtain information; to answer inquiries and resolve issues/problems.## # Provides data for research and administrative support for HR operations, special projects and studies.# # Prepares and maintains required reports, records, logs and files for operational, administrative and compliance purposes.# Utilizes computer and information systems to enter, format and retrieve data, generate statistics, computations, tables, charts and graphs. # Represents Human Resources as a member of assigned committees. Coordinates special projects; serves on cross-functional teams as a member or leader as assigned.# Strongly supports hospital-sponsored employee events. # Maintains professional credentials and education necessary to keep abreast and maintain a current knowledge of HR principles, concepts and techniques, best practices and current trends.# Attends continuing education, staff development, and mandatory programs. # Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. # Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of healthcare service based applicant tracking and recruiting systems Ability to coordinate account management recruitment plans and sourcing strategy plans, clarify required job skills and competencies with Hiring Managers.# Demonstrated experience reviewing resumes against job requirements and presenting recommendations to Hiring Managers.## Experience consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring initiatives, compensation/offers, market trends, sourcing challenges, behavioral interviewing, and recruiting process expectations, accountabilities and service level.# Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and online databases Knowledge of various employment laws and practices Ability to exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to demonstrate knowledge of sourcing candidates and knowledge of all full life cycle recruiting components Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve issues/problems and interpret policies and procedures Ability to exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which are necessary to support an organization hospital-wide employee HR program with successful interaction at all levels Ability to utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention and commitment to quality and detail Ability to work both cooperatively and independently in a fast paced, ever changing, high-priority environment. Ability to lead complex projects from conception to implementation # Supervision Provided by this Job: There are no lead or supervisory responsibilities associated with this role. # Physical Demands/Conditions: The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. Must have good balance and coordination. The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading. The conditions to which the employee will be subject in this position: The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
