Location: North Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Type: Temporary (Approximately 3 months, Onsite, 5 days a week)

Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles in light industrial, warehouse, and tech environments.
• Source candidates effectively, focusing on high-volume hiring needs.
• Utilize Indeed and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically in light industrial, warehouse, and tech roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates on Indeed is required.
• Familiarity with iCIMS is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
