Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our organization's growth. Working in a dynamic and high-volume recruiting environment, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging technology and best practices to ensure an efficient and seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management will enable you to meet the staffing needs of diverse roles across the organization.
This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, based in Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, managing multiple candidate pipelines and adapting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
Interviewing & Selection
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with guidance on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruitment experience.
Recruitment Technology & Reporting
- Utilize Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS systems to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and streamline recruitment processes.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about employment laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance both the recruitment process and the candidate experience.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
- Familiarity with behavioral-based interview techniques.
- Experience with Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
- Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to travel for career fairs or other recruitment activities (up to 10%).
