  • Manage high volume, end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client group(s);
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs;
  • Source candidates and create pipelines using innovative and available resources;
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations;
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures;
  • Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations;
  • Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes;
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Web-based recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals;
  • Consult with managers on all offers of employment;
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and prepares formal offer;
  • Collaborate with people experience team to schedule interviews and provide travel arrangements;
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field AND
  • Three (3) years of full lifecycle recruiting OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office 365; Web proficiency.
  • Ability to clear required background check
STRONGLY Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in virtual education
  • Experience with Workday ATS Recruiting and experience using a CRM.

  • This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C.
Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
  • We anticipate the salary range to be $53,352.68 - $85,364.28 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
