- Determines job recruiting objectives by studying current and projected job needs and qualifications; conferring with recruiters.
- Develops potential job recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines, x-raying, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.
- Finds job applicants by preparing print advertisements and job board postings; researching, targeting, and cold-calling potential candidates; calling referrals; establishing web browser and Internet access to organization information and job application processes; developing organization web page content; developing rapport with web job-posting site representatives.
- Maintains job applicant tracking system by entering and updating sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, tracking, and hiring information.
- Prepares job recruiting sources information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintains management, employee, and applicant confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
- Improves job recruiting sources job knowledge by attending training sessions.
- Contributes to job recruiting sources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience in engineering and manufacturing focused talent acquisition.
- Experience with diversity sourcing and talent pipeline management.
