This is a temporary position with a duration through September 2025, with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for current and future openings at BASIS Independent Schools.
  • Source candidates using innovative methods, including social media, Boolean searches, networking, and professional events.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts on social media platforms.
  • Support school growth initiatives while maintaining the culture of BASIS Independent Schools
  • Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in internal and external hiring events.
  • Establish relationships with universities and education associations.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Act as an employment brand ambassador for BASIS Independent Schools.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
  • Build talent networks and source passive candidates for future needs.
  • Align talent to business needs through a comprehensive understanding of each school's culture.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Use social and professional networking sites creatively to source candidates.
