• Execute full-cycle recruiting for various roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership about talent acquisition effectiveness

• Candidate-focused: You create exceptional experiences for candidates at every stage of the process
• Organized: You're a type A personality who thrives on structure and can manage complex recruiting pipelines
• Communicative: You excel at stakeholder management and can effectively advocate for candidates
• Detail-oriented: You understand that small touches make a big difference in both candidate experience and hiring outcomes

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and clearly articulate candidate qualifications and fit
• Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple searches
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Expected full-time salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 + equity + benefits.
