About the Role
  • Provide exceptional Talent Acquisition support to assigned Service Lines, Projects, and the Tender Unit, prioritizing internal talent before sourcing external candidates.
  • Ensure all hires meet target metrics outlined in the Service Level Agreement while aligning with Egis's hiring goals.
  • Prioritize the recruitment of Saudi nationals in alignment with Saudization targets and local labor regulations, with a focus on exceeding compliance with government requirements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and service line leaders to understand talent needs, offering strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Oversee the complete life cycle of the recruitment process for each requisition, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to build proactive talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future needs.
  • Lead job offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation while securing the best talent.
  • Support staff retention efforts by prioritizing internal mobility and proactively identifying opportunities for existing employees.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience regardless of the outcome. Minimize delays, provide constructive feedback, and uphold professionalism at all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Tender Unit to contribute to winning proposals by providing highly qualified CVs at competitive rates.
  • Emphasize stronger engagement with key stakeholders across the assigned projects or Service Line to align talent acquisition strategies with broader project objectives. This could involve regular strategy sessions with department heads and project leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date data and provide detailed project staffing reports to both Project Leadership and/or the Service Line, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Regularly conduct meetings with hiring managers to review progress and workflow, discuss their suggestions, and take appropriate actions based on these discussions.
  • Establish a continuous improvement protocol for the talent acquisition process, including regular reviews and updates to recruitment policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and compliant with industry standards.
What do we need from you
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
