Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a high energy talent acquisition recruiter who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for all positions throughout the company.ResponsibilitiesImplements, manages and keeps track of recruitment tracking methods.Makes outbound calls to applicants regarding their application, keeping applicants engaged throughout the recruitment process.Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the full-life cycle recruitment process.Collaborates with General Managers, Directors, Chief Operating Officer and President to identify hiring needs, conduct interviews and assist with the interview process.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the company.Utilizes various social media platforms and assists with advertisement processes and job posting processes.Screens applications and selects qualified, potential team members for virtual or in-person interviews.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Collaborates with the hiring manager, Finance and HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, benefits, start dates, and other key details.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Attends and participates in team meetings providing key stakeholders with recruitment updates.Work with marketing to create a recruitment strategyPerforms other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.To perform this job, team member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with applicant tracking systems - experience with BambooHR/UKG is a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
