Job Description :

Job Summary:

  • Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the recruitment full life cycle including but not limited to sourcing, screening and assessing, submitting and appropriate follow-ups up to the selection process for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure an excellent candidate experience in the offer, preemployment and onboarding process.
  • Execute talent sourcing strategies, researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search and pipeline strategies per position assignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership and business partner to identify any challenges, provide solutions, execute and measure results.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements. Provide recruitment consulting, training, and support to hiring managers.
  • Fill positions within aligned with SLAs
  • Provide regular recruiting status updates to hiring managers and HR management.
  • Promote talent acquisition best practices and improvements that provides positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are received for all requisitions and offers are documented carefully and accurately.
  • Promote Brand during participation in career fairs, networking events, and targeted recruiting events to support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Build talent pipelines by sourcing and nurturing active and passive candidates utilizing targeted tools and techniques.
  • Works closely with hiring managers and to ensure an exemplary interview process with a diverse interview panel.
  • Accurately track all requisitions and recruitment activity against targeted metrics.
  • Ensure ATS workflow is up to date in real time coordinating with support staff on recruiting activities to maintain compliance with record retention requirements. Create and report on recruiting critical metrics such as effective hiring sources, time to fill, etc.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • High level of experience in manufacturing plant focused & corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience with diversity sourcing and talent pipeline management
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and technology such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, CRM, AI tools, Boolean searches
  • Possesses outstanding interpersonal, written, oral communication, listening, and influencing skills.
  • Must have experience working in a professional corporate environment.
  • Ability to interact and consult with senior management.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptable, flexible, can flourish in a high-paced work environment.
  • Proactive and solutions oriented, takes initiative, and follows through.
  • High level of organizational skills and very detail-oriented and accurate
  • Friendly, approachable, and service oriented the required years of experience for the role.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
