The Talent Acquisition Representative is accountable for the effective support and direction of the Talent Acquisition (TA) functions and projects enterprise wide. This incumbent operates within a dynamic team environment and manages a broad range of daily activities which contribute to the delivery of outstanding recruitment support to our clients while effectively meeting deadlines.

What You Will Do:
Recruitment Support:
* Manage the TA Representative role of the Workday recruitment process.
* Schedule interviews for internal and external candidates.
* Collaborate with candidates and other areas of Human Resources (i.e., Advisory Services, Benefits, Talent Management and Payroll) regarding the recruitment processes and issues that arise.
* Initiate and coordinate pre-employment background checks including medicals, criminal checks, drivers abstract, etc. Including tracking and reporting on a weekly basis on candidate's statuses with our providers to ensure new employees fulfill their conditions and can commence employment with Enbridge.
* Update the TA Team SharePoint site and recruitment related information on the Enbridge intranet as requested.
* Run reports in Workday on a regular basis for statistical reporting purposes for TA Leadership.
* Assist with job postings.
* Verify and enter details for successful onboarding of candidates in Workday including completing the I9 process for new hires.
* Troubleshoot issues with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Program Support:
* Career Fairs: Accountable for registering and coordinating fairs, ordering, and managing all career fair inventory, including other partners (inclusive of Public Relations and Diversity) for shared opportunities as required.
* New Grad and Student Programs: Provide end to end recruitment support as required.
* Cobra Testing: Provide assistance by coordinating and managing the Cobra testing for the Control Centre Operations as required.
* Onboarding: track and coordinate Enbridge ring distribution as applicable.
Individual Specific Accountabilities:
* Manage a tracking spreadsheet for all recruitment activity (Background checks, Job Postings, Offers) to reflect status of stages of recruitment.
* Communicate with Accounts Payable regarding invoice processes and payments for all Talent Acquisition invoices (i.e. social media, job boards, journal postings, staffing agencies and medicals).
* Code invoices through Markview for various Talent Acquisition expenses to ensure payment to external vendors.
* Provide ad hoc support to Talent Acquisition Advisors and Advisory Services as requested such as creation of spreadsheets, data tracking, prescreening, regrets and reference checks, uploading documents and pulling resumes.
Who You Are:
* Minimum 3 years related experience.
* Demonstrated highly effective customer service skills required, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette, diplomacy, demonstrated bias for action/sense of urgency.
* Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to routine customer service issues and to make sound decisions for determining the nature of the inquiry and need to escalate or not.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Visier).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and independence.
* Experience working in and with Workday and with customer relationship management (CRM) systems strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
