Job Summary
  • The Talent Sourcer partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs and then develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy focused on critical, difficult and visible roles in a service line.
  • Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse, top talent.
  • The Talent Sourcer will creatively source, assess and select qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline.
  • The Talent Sourcer will also be responsible for creating a positive customer experience to applicants.
  • This role will anticipate industry trends and utilizes labor market information to ensure best-in-class candidate sourcing.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
  • Two years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • LEAN Human Capital certification must be obtained within 6 months.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota preferred.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm, occas wknd; 80hrs/2wksPayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
  • $27.50 - $41.50 per hour
