Talent Acquisition Sourcer - PQE Group : Job Details

Due to a constant growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team in Buffalo, NY.Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Optimizing the sourcing strategy through data and reporting analytics
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Manage internal ATS keeping updated data for reporting purposes
• Coordinate and develop recruitment strategies with internal Hiring Managers
• Sourcing local and international resources/candidates

Our ideal candidate should have the following features:

• At least a 1 - 1.5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/writing)
• Hands-on and hardworking mindset
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Empathy and self-criticism
