Job Description :
Salary : $50000 - $65000Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a direct report to the Human Resource Manager, and process with an eye towards continuously developing and improving employee morale and business processes.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance standards.
  • Strengthen the team culture by acting as an example of aptitude, effectiveness and professionalism.
  • Direct and oversee all full-time, Part-Time and seasonal recruitment processes
  • Assist with any changes or assistance needed regarding the HR software
  • Maintaining culture/environment for each and every employee by occasionally communicating with them
  • Work in collaboration with all departments to ensure consistency amongst all areas of seasonal personal management.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and commitment to quality for BSM and communicate/administer all personnel policies, employee guidelines, BSM policies/payroll procedures, and training for staff.
  • Attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Manage and monitor candidate pipelines
  • Use various methods, including social media platforms, networking events, minority recruiting events, and other outreach efforts, to recruit and network with potential candidates and build a quality and diverse candidate pool.
  • Ensure highly productive relationships for the benefit of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain staffing templates for all departments.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of recruitment functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Responsible for maintaining your inventory/interviewing new prospects covering leave keeping track and document each and every employees documentation
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Encourage and guide employees when its due
  • Assist in creating workflows for recruitment functions.
  • Collaborate with internal team to oversee the entire recruiting process, maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
  • Generate offer documents and facilitate communication with candidates throughout the on-boarding process.
  • Take ownership of recruiting and HR initiatives, such as candidate tracking, process documentation, competency updates, and survey management.
  • Assist in organizing large-scale recruiting events and overseeing seasonal internship programs.
  • Handle expense reports
  • Engage with candidates, recruiters, and business units to arrange virtual and onsite interviews,
  • Perform audits of data in our recruitment system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Processes prospective applicants' following standardized compliance requirements andexpedites screening, job offer, orientation and new hire utilization.
  • Coordinates with Director of Training to establish training classes and keeps in contact withprospective trainees to ensure that they actually do start the training.
  • Coordinates new hire orientation with team
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned.
Job Requirements:Requirements:
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition REQUIRED.
  • Previous experience in staffing for hospitality, facility services, maintenance, and/or construction STRONGLY preferred.
  • Experience working with union labor STRONGLY preferred.
  • Strong desire to be part of a team, while achieving personal and company goals.
  • Passion for problem solving, analyzing data and identifying potential employees
  • Desire to drive beneficial change with an organization.
  • Motivated to learn, both through training, independently, and adapting quickly on learning new systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time without direct supervision.

  • Ability to perform all above-mentioned duties & other duties as needed.
  • Perform the work duties in or outside all 5 boroughs if needed

  • Bilingual Spanish Required
  • Ability to be on call for emergencies or assistance
Compensation:
  • Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
