You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle according to the TopGrading Methodology—crafting compelling job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies and tools, you will build a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants and hiring managers.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Starting at $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Total Compensation: $100,000+ annually, dependent on experience.
