We are looking for a recruiter to join our team and help us hire the best talent for our wafer fabrication facility. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, such as engineers, technicians, operators, and managers. You will also collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the hiring needs and provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans for the wafer fabrication facility Use various sourcing methods and tools, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the wafer fabrication or semiconductor industry and its specific hiring needs and challenges Proficiency in using various recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and quality Passion for finding and hiring the best talent for the organization
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications based on the job requirements and qualifications
* Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills, fit, and potential
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
* Coordinate and facilitate offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external partners
* Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends and identify areas for improvement
* Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
