Talent Acquisition Specialist - The Prelude Network : Job Details

We are excited to add an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to our collaborative team of professionals. This individual will identify, attract and engage top talent for roles across our network of fertility practices and laboratories. This position supports hiring managers throughout the organization and focuses on enhancing the patient experience by securing the best qualified candidate, for clinical and non-clinical positions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare recruitment, adept at building strong partnerships, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What this role entails:

* Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to candidate offers, while fostering relationships that position the company as a best place to work.

* Collaboration: Partner with HR team members to apply best practices, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive candidate experience.

* Manage Priorities: Efficiently manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously, maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What you offer:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on finding outstanding candidates who enhance the patient experience.

* Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR and recruiting systems, UKG experience preferred.

* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with decision-making abilities.

* Efficiency: Ability to manage a high volume of job openings with attention to detail.

* Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in HR Management.
