Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeResponsibilities:Handle end to end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Collaborate with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.Create employer branding for the company and work with universities on fresh graduate & internship hiring.Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.Other Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.Assist in training matters as needed.Other tasks as assigned from time to time.Who are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an internal recruitment role.
