Are you passionate about discovering top talent and building strong relationships? Kemin is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to welcome a new team member who will focus on identifying talent for our entry to mid-level job openings and managing university relations, including recruiting our summer interns. This role is essential in enhancing our employment brand and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees.
This is an on-site position located at our Worldwide Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities
+ Partner with Business Unit leaders to determine current staffing needs.
+ Implement Talent Acquisition strategies.
+ Source passive candidates, introducing them to career opportunities with Kemin
+ Network with industry sources, discover recruiting trends and implement best practices
+ Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume reviews and screening interviews.
+ Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
+ Attend career fairs and other recruitment related events.
+ Utilize LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to network with top talent
+ Administrate and support internship program.
Qualifications
+ Education & Experience, one of the following:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related field with 1+ years of experience
+ Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related field with 3+ years of experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
+ High technical aptitude with intermediate to advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
+ Experience in full-cycle recruiting
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to build rapport with team members across multiple business units and professional levels
+ Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
+ Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
+ Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
+ A leader and strategic thinker.
