AXIS PORTABLE AIR LLC IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly

Pay: $23.00-$25.00

As an Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our HR team by supporting recruiting efforts and handling various administrative HR tasks. You will be involved in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to offering them positions. Additionally, you'll assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and data management. This role is a perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in both recruiting and HR administration within a growing and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting:
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for open positions.
  • Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Assist in conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely follow-up.
  • Onboarding & Administration:
  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment agreements, and other related documents.
  • Assist with the completion of I-9 documentation and background checks.
  • Ensure all employee information is accurately recorded in the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Employee Data Management:
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining employee files for audits.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Help ensure timely and accurate reporting of new hire paperwork, I-9s, and other compliance-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
