Talent Acquisition Specialist - UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants : Job Details

A great UHY client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, ATS experience, and must be bilingual.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting (job postings, outreach, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
• Use creative strategies to recruit both passive and active talent
• Build and maintain strong networks within communities and with partners to promote the brand
• Ensure efficient system operations and business processes
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet business needs
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador at events and on social media to build relationships with potential candidates
• Manage talent acquisition-related social media efforts
• Track and report on recruitment data to measure effectiveness and ROI
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information
• Ensure compliance with affirmative action guidelines, labor laws, and audit requirements

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements

• Pass drug screen and background check
• Sign confidentiality agreements
• Bachelor's degree (or Associates with experience)
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
• Skilled in building networks and relationships
• Familiar with social media and online recruiting
• Willing to travel for events
• General HR knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with negotiation and presentations
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
