Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across departments.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to support talent needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
