Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to support talent needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
