Role:
* The Talent Acquisition Partner will be based in the US Americas (AMR) team and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in this Country Region.
* You will be critical in establishing strong partnerships with our business leaders. This role is the key point of contact for talent planning activities and recruitment for technical-based roles in various positions across various business groups and functions within Organizations.
* You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues in the US, APAC, and EMEA to establish best-in-class recruitment practices, innovative employer branding, and an unforgettable candidate experience.
In this role, you will:
* Drive full-cycle technical recruitment for all roles within B2B Marketing organization and some Corporate Functions
* Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven but consultative approach.
* Develop and implement efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-impact candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet the business hiring goals.
* Establish and maintain relationships with external sources- contingent and retained agencies, placement firms, etc.
* Identify, attract, and negotiate compensation packages closing all level candidates, continuously delivering high-quality candidates, and fulfilling hiring goals.
* Maintain and develop relevant university relationships and pipelines for intern and early talent hiring.
* Act as an employer branding ambassador to encourage hiring managers and interviewers to represent Client's ICONIC culture.
Skills:
* Recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment or a good mix of agency and in-house corporate recruitment.
* A passion for sourcing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* A person who understands building rapport, communicating timely and effectively, and working to deliver on projects with employees of all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and business groups both onsite and remotely.
* Experience standardizing, implementing, and evaluating TA processes and programs.
* Innovative and solution-minded approach with experience partnering with colleagues and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
* A resourceful, innovative, result result-oriented who can take initiative in a creative and customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluent in other languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus!
Education:
* Bachelors or equivalent experience.
