Our client is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, evaluate, and build relationships with passive and active job seekers, both internal and external.
- Proactively develop and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, including early career and experienced hire pipelines.
- Source candidates using various job boards, resume databases, social media, and niche sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and university programs to support internship and early career recruitment.
- Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events/job fairs.
- Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, and update candidate statuses within the ATS (ICIMS).
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to create strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for sourcing talent.
- Assist with reviewing and processing job applications in the ATS.
- Manage multiple searches while remaining organized and maintaining communication with potential candidates.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Schedule interviews and initiate all pre-screening requirements for new hires.
- Support new hire orientation, training, and 30/60/90-day planning.
- Process new hires in ADP Workforce Now and manage I-9 and compliance documentation.
- Handle parking and application processes for new hires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ICIMS).
- Experience writing job descriptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
