Job Description :

Our client is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a significant plus.

This role is Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, evaluate, and build relationships with passive and active job seekers, both internal and external.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, including early career and experienced hire pipelines.
  • Source candidates using various job boards, resume databases, social media, and niche sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and university programs to support internship and early career recruitment.
  • Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events/job fairs.
  • Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, and update candidate statuses within the ATS (ICIMS).
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to create strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for sourcing talent.
  • Assist with reviewing and processing job applications in the ATS.
  • Manage multiple searches while remaining organized and maintaining communication with potential candidates.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Schedule interviews and initiate all pre-screening requirements for new hires.
  • Support new hire orientation, training, and 30/60/90-day planning.
  • Process new hires in ADP Workforce Now and manage I-9 and compliance documentation.
  • Handle parking and application processes for new hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ICIMS).
  • Experience writing job descriptions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
