About the Role
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions within our organization, from entry-level to director-level roles across corporate, store, and distribution center operations. This hybrid position is located in East Taunton, MA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for various roles, including corporate, store, and distribution center positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively source and engage top talent by leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), industry-specific forums, and other digital tools to build a strong candidate pipeline and attract passive candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop position-specific recruitment plans.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
- Engage in community outreach and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the retail or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using HCM, Linked In, Indeed, GlassDoor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
