Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our company's success. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and be a key player in building a high-performing, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring process improvements when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Strategize and work with the HR and Operations team to develop efficient and effective onboarding processes and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for Hospitality industry.
