Position Description: This position is responsible for administrative support to both Payroll and Recruitment efforts. For Payroll, this position will be responsible for basic HRIS updates, writing manual checks, fulfilling internal report requests, supporting financial audit activities and fulfilling employee verification requests. For Recruitment, this position will be responsible for screening applicants, scheduling and confirming interviews, as well as assisting with various onboarding tasks. This position will provide receptionist duties when performing tasks related to recruitment. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma requiredExperience: Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources and/or Automated/ADP Payroll experience preferredDuties and Responsibilities: Work cooperatively with both the Human Resources and Business Office Provide support to the Payroll Coordinator in payroll related tasks including, but not limited to, writing manual checks, fielding payroll related questions, running internal reports, participating in financial audit activities, making changes in both ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise E-Time, as well as completing special projects related to the Business Office as assigned Provide support to the Recruitment and Employment Specialist by screening applicants, scheduling and confirming interviews, scheduling pre-employment appointments, perform general maintenance in the Applicant Tracking System, as well as assisting with other onboarding tasks and completing special projects related to Human Resources as assigned.
